Over the years, we have successfully value engineered cost prohibitive construction projects into projects which meet the required development feasibility to permit construction to commence.

Additionally, the value engineering surveillance continues throughout the course of construction which has proven to provide considerable value for our clients and end user(s).

Through our extensive trade and supply chain partnerships, Clearline has access to many avenues and methods of alternative procurement which maximises our ability to truly deliver on value management for our clients.
